UX24/7 is a small and growing agency based in the Paddington area of London but operating internationally. We deliver a range of user research and usability testing services to clients around the world. We are passionate about user research and usability and it is a part of our mission that we evangelise and help people do more and better work in the area.

We have a number of blue chip clients including many well-known brands that we are adding to all the time. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a self-starting individual, who has a passion for developing and growing an international online membership community.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Accredited Practitioner Network strategy. The Accredited Practitioner network has members from all over the world and is growing steadily. We wish to enhance the growth by offering greater value to network members, reaching new markets and growing the membership base, and your role will be to make this happen.

You will report directly to the CEO and play an important role owning one of the key company initiatives.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE

The minimum requirement for this role is:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a commercial setting, such as marketing, project management, community management, or online community development.
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Experience with successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills both on and offline – particularly writing skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Evidence of being a self-starter of making things happen
  • Excellent administration skills including use of the Microsoft office suite and also online platforms such as LinkedIn, Mailchimp etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, management or equivalent.

Other requirements are as follows: You should have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An interest in user experience and consumer behaviour
  • The ability to work alone, unsupervised
  • Good problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of digital user experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a business development professional with proven experience preferably in digital design/development, solution or service sales. You will be a hunter / gatherer, someone able to win new clients and also grow those and existing clients we already have.

You will initially invest about 50% of your time to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The other 50% will be spent developing existing client relationships and growing accounts using account planning techniques. Over time we would expect this split to shift to 30:70 as your customer base grows.

The wider opportunity is to own the commercial development of the agency, build your own team and your career so that you become Sales Director with options in the company.You will report directly to the CEO and play an important role owning one of the key company initiatives.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following capabilities and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role.
  • A proven track record generating new business opportunities from scratch
  • A proven track record in developing and growing clients
  • Knowledge and experience of key account selling
  • Knowledge and experience of opportunity selling techniques
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • A demonstrable understanding of the qualification process
  • Good commercial acumen including negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both on and offline – particularly writing skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Evidence of being a self-starter (‘doing’ is as important as ‘planning’)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university in relevant subject.

Other requirements are as follows:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher who is passionate about user research and usability testing to join our team. The role is full time but the working day is flexible and there is the possibility of working from home – subject to the demands of client work of course.

You will be responsible for working directly with our clients, helping to scope projects and suggest appropriate methodologies and solutions and then to deliver excellent work.

You will report directly to the CEO and founder and have the opportunity to learn about the running of a small and growing UX agency – if you want to.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

The minimum requirement for this role is:

  • Master’s degree in HCI, Usability, Psychology or closely related discipline
  • 5 years’ experience working for an agency or brand doing hands-on practical usability evaluations and expert reviews at minimum.

Other requirements are as follows: You should have

  • Knowledge of usability research methods and qualitative data analysis techniques
  • Passion for research
  • Quantitative / statistical data analysis skills
  • Experience of working on projects that included a mobile element
  • Excellent presentation skills (we can help you develop this area if it is not a strength)
