User Research in Thailand

User Research in Thailand

Remote or lab-based user research in Thailand, with real customers and local, Senior UX Researchers

Thailand is located on the centre of mainland Southeast Asia and is entirely tropical. Up until the 1960’s Thailand was primarily agricultural, but since then increasing numbers of people have moved to the cities. Bangkok is both the capital and the largest urban centre, however there are other notable cities such as Chiang Mai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Pattaya and Hat Yai. Nevertheless, if you plan to do research in person, it will almost certainly be Bangkok where it will be located.

The official language in Thailand is Thai, or standard Thai and nearly every person in the country is able to speak and write in standard Thai. In addition, English is widely used for commercial and official purposes and is taught in schools from primary grade onwards.

UX24/7 is a global design research agency that operates with our own team of Senior UX Researchers. All our Senior UX Researchers have been evaluated as part of their joining process to ensure they have the skills, capabilities and experience to deliver user research and UX research to the high standards we expect. Our small team in Thailand is perfectly equipped to deliver research and can help you navigate the intricacies of local culture and commerce.

The insight generated from 2 days? user research in China was absolutely invaluable and more than we expected. If you?re looking for someone to support you gaining insight into your international customers? online shopping behaviour and experiences I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend UX24/7.
