User Research in Czech Republic

User Research in the Czech Republic

Remote or lab-based user research in the Czech Republic, with real customers and local, Senior UX Researchers

The Czech Republic is also called Czechia and is located in the heart of Europe. It is a land-locked country and has one of the most beautiful cities in Europe – Prague, which since the 18th century has been known as “the handsomest city of Europe”. Prague also happens to be the location for most live field work and has a research facility a short walk from the town center.

Czechs make up about 66% of the population with the remainder being Moravians, Slovaks and others Despite this the majority of people speak Czech as their first language but some people speak German, Romani and Polish. Our researchers are bi-lingual Czech and English and part of a small but thriving UX community in the Czech Republic.

UX24/7 is a global design research agency that operates with our own team of Senior UX Researchers. All our Senior UX Researchers have been evaluated as part of their joining process to ensure they have the skills, capabilities and experience to deliver user research and UX research to the high standards we expect. Our team in Europe is perfectly equipped to deliver research in the Czech Republic as we did for Samsung as part of a multi-market research engagement – see case study below.

I worked with UX24/7 across a multitude of markets around Europe for UX projects while working at Samsung. UX24/7 provided deep and meaningful insights which we could work with at a European, HQ & market level work to improve the customer experience online and more importantly improve sales – Amy Vetter, Head of Consumer Experience, Samsung
